| DELIVERY PROCESS

Delivery will be done as follows,

   -Order will be dispatched upon order confirmation.

Duration of the Delivery will be as follows,
   -Within Colombo : Delivery within 3 Working days.
   -Out of Colombo : Delivery within 5 Working days.

Delivery Charges will be applied as follows,
   -Within Colombo limits : LKR130
   -Within Colombo suburbs : LKR180
   -Out of Colombo : LKR230

 

Note : When Placing the order, the customer is required to select which option of the above 3 applies to the customer. In an event where the wrong delivery charge is selected, the store reserves the right to make the necessary correction.

 

| PAYMENT METHOD

Zie currently employee the following Payment methods. Customer’s can select any one of the below,

-Customer must inform the Zie team within 24 hours of receiving the item using one of the following channels,
   -Phone Call : +94772252157
   -E-Mail : sales@ziefashion.com
   -FaceBook : Zie Online Clothing Store (Through a Message)
   -Instagram : Zie_SL (Through a Message)

-The Tags attached to the item must remain intact.

-The customer is required to provide the following details for the cash to be returned if required,
   -Bank Name
   -Bank Account Number
   -Bank Branch
   -Account Holder’s name as appeared in the Account

-In an event where the cash is returned to the customer, the cash will be returned within 24 hours of receiving the customer’s bank details.

-We humbly request that the customer holds on to and refers to the order reference provided upon Purchase to make the return process goes as smooth as possible

-If the customer requires an Exchange to a different Item, Customer should also inform what new item is required

-To return a item, the customer is required to use either the registered post or a convenient delivery service. The parcel is to be addressed to the following address,
   Zie Online Clothing Store,
   #94,
   Temple Road,
   Maharagama.

 

|Return/Exchange Policy

 

In an event where a customer wishes to return an Item that was purchased on Zie, we humbly accept the items back, subjected to the following conditions,

-Customer must inform the Zie team within 24 hours of receiving the item using  one of the following channels,
